Clearquest runs this website. When we say "we," "us," or "our," that's us. We're offering you everything on this site—information, tools, services—but only if you accept all the terms, conditions, policies, and notices listed here.
When you visit or download our game, you're using our Service. You agree to follow these terms and conditions, including anything else referenced here or linked from this page. Everyone who uses this site is covered by these terms, whether you're just browsing, buying something, playing the game, or contributing content.
Read this carefully before you go any further. By accessing or using any part of the site, you're agreeing to be bound by these terms. Can't agree to all of it? Don't use our game for anything illegal or unauthorized. Don't break any laws in your location while using the Service, including copyright laws.
Don't send us worms, viruses, or any kind of destructive code.
Break these terms, and your access ends immediately.
SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We can refuse service to anyone for any reason, anytime.
Your content (not payment info) might travel unencrypted across networks and get modified to work with different systems. Payment information stays encrypted during transfer.
Don't reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Service or the website itself without our written permission.
The headings in this agreement are just for convenience. They don't change what the terms actually mean.
SECTION 3 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We're not responsible if the information here isn't accurate, complete, or current. This site is general reference material only. Don't make decisions based solely on what's here without checking better sources. Using this site is your risk.
Some of what's on here is historical information, which by definition isn't current. It's here for reference. We can change the contents anytime, but we don't have to update anything. You need to keep an eye on what's changing.

Prices can change without warning.

Some products or services only exist on this website. They're limited in quantity and can only be returned or exchanged according to our Return Policy.
We've tried to show our game as accurately as possible. We can't guarantee your screen will display everything the same way or that you'll interpret it the way we intended.
We have the right (but aren't required) to limit sales to certain people, regions, or areas, case by case. We can limit quantities of anything we sell. Descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice. We can discontinue any product anytime. Any offer here is void where prohibited by law.
We don't guarantee that what you buy will meet your expectations or that we'll fix errors in the Service.

We can refuse any order. We can limit how much you buy per person, household, or order—including orders from the same account, same credit card, or same billing and shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we'll try to contact you using the email or phone number you gave us. We can also refuse orders that look like they're from resellers or dealers.
Keep your purchase and account information current and accurate. Update your email, payment details, and expiration dates so we can complete your transactions and reach you when needed.

We might give you access to third-party tools that we don't monitor, control, or have input on.
You get these tools "as is" and "as available" with no warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind. We're not liable for anything that happens when you use them.
Using optional tools from this site is entirely your choice and risk. Make sure you understand and approve of the terms the provider sets before you use them.

SECTION 11 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
The site sometimes has typos, mistakes, or missing information about descriptions, prices, shipping, or availability. We can fix errors anytime, change information, or cancel orders if something's wrong—even after you've submitted it.
We don't have to update anything here unless the law requires it. Don't assume that because a date appears somewhere that everything has been updated.
SECTION 12 - PROHIBITED USES
On top of other restrictions in these terms, you can't use the site for anything unlawful, to get others to break the law, to violate regulations or local laws, to steal our intellectual property or anyone else's, to harass or discriminate against people based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability, to lie or mislead, to upload viruses or malicious code, to collect others' personal information, to spam or scrape, for obscene purposes, or to mess with the security of this site or any other website. You agree to defend and protect Clearquest and our parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, suppliers, and employees from any claim or demand (including reasonable legal fees) from a third-party that comes from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or someone else's rights.
SECTION 15 - SEVERABILITY
If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that part stays enforceable to the extent the law allows. The bad part gets removed, but the rest of the agreement stays valid.
SECTION 16 - TERMINATION
Obligations from before termination survive after we end the agreement.
These terms stay in effect unless you or we end them. You can end it anytime by telling us you don't want to use our Services or by stopping use of the site.
If you break these terms or we think you did, we can end this agreement without notice. You still owe anything due up to that date. We can also block your access to the Services (or parts of it).
SECTION 17 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If we don't enforce a right or provision, that doesn't mean we're giving it up.
These terms, along with any policies we post on this site, make up the whole agreement between us about the Service. It replaces anything we agreed to before, spoken or written.
Anything unclear in these terms won't be read against whoever wrote them.

These terms are governed by and read according to the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada.
